Full Time

Minimum of 2 years kitchen experience in a high volume operation, at least 1 year experience as fry cook.

  • Ability to break down recipes, convert measurements, and follow written instructions.
  • Ability to execute detailed recipes according to strict company guidelines.
  • Ability to multi-task and prepare multiple orders simultaneously with written and verbal tickets.
  • Experience with using, maintaining, and cleaning high volume fryers and all associated equipment.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. numerous times in a given shift. 
  • Able to maintain a high pace and intensity throughout an entire shift. 
  • Knowledge of health codes and sanitation procedures.
  • Positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times.

$8.50 - $10/hr. depending on skill and experience, and completion of training and trail period. 

Up to 40 hours/week with flexible or set schedule with two days off.

Uniform and training provided.

Health insurance and 401K plan offered upon eligibility.
